I was scared and anxious of birth, not knowing what to expect and worrying that I wouldn't cope. I feel ready now, and I'm not feeling scared. I know that my body knows what to do and that it is a natural process. Learning all the breathing techniques has helped me feel calm, and I have found since learning these I have been sleeping better at night. I would definitely recommend this course to my friends and family.
Prior to the course I was feeling scared. I now know what to expect, and I'm ready to put my learning into practise. The knowledge from Donna, the breathing techniques and the relaxation music have all helped. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone as the techniques and key learning can be used in everyday life, not just with birthing. It has really changed my mindset on giving birth.
